Why is it important in your viewpoint to be a team player, be optimistic and have strong perseverance?

It's important to be a team player because in order to be a part of a group, you need to cooperate and be able to listen to what your partner(s) say so when there any issues you can overcome them and grow stronger together. Having optimism will open your mind to having a better view of the world and yourself, if you can be happy then it can spread like wildfire and everyone around can be just as positive. When you're willing to do something you love no matter how tiring or frustrated you get sometimes, it means you're determined to get to where you want to be and that takes drive and motivation. It takes perserverance and getting through all odds, coming out stronger than before.
