Why is it important in your viewpoint to be a team player, be optimistic and have strong perseverance?

A team is a group of people who would not be together if it weren't for the visual potential behind them. Teams also cannot be broken up on a whim so the members must learn to cooperate and work with each other in sometimes harsh circumstances. Being a team player is listening to everyones perspective and taking everyones ideas into account. This enhances the bonding between a team which only makes the group as a whole stronger. Optimism is something that everyone should bring to the group. If optimism isnt there then determination isnt and this wil hold members back. You should feed off of each other and the optimistic personality will act as a contagious bug. Strong perseverance is seen out of a select number of people. Everyone thinks they have it until it comes down to the nitty gritty and they feel defeated. There will be things you cannot do that your team can. Not only your perseverance but your team members for you will help you in the most difficult times.
