Why is it important in your viewpoint to be a team player, be optimistic and have strong perseverance?

It's important to be a team player because I believe that with having a team, so many more things can be accomplished compared to being alone. Although things can be done more efficiently when alone, being in a group allows you to have more options and opinions as well. Being optimistic is a good way to bring the mood up when everyone else is feeling down. It helps you look at everything more positively as well as lightening up your mood. By being optimistic, you lose that heaviness you feel when you're feeling down. Strong perserverance is a very strong work ethic and is a very respectful trait to have in general. Having so allows you to be able to accomplish anything, no matter how difficult it is. This applies to anything ranging from school work to everyday life.
